We want you to be confident you’ll find the best fit with every purchase. If the size you’ve purchased is not right, we make exchanges easy by shipping the new size to you FREE. Just follow the instructions on your packing slip.


Our policy is simple; your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it, in original condition, within 60 days. We’ll exchange it or refund the merchandise purchase price.

  1. Return merchandise in its original package.
  2. Complete the return/exchange section and follow return instructions on the back of your packing slip.
  3. Save time and effort! Use the prepaid return label in your package, affix it to the outside of the package and give it to your UPS® driver or take it to any authorized UPS® drop-off or pick-up location or print your own UPS return shipping label. (Instructions for printing your own return label). We'll deduct $6.95 from refund/credit regardless of package weight or size. You can even track your package using the UPS® tracking number found on the return label.

If the mistake or damage is ours, we’ll refund the delivery charges, too. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once we have received it. Call our Returns Hotline at 1.800.466.9440 for additional assistance.
